Recipe Post:
I really enjoy pizza with a variety of toppings. I was talking with a lady while I was shopping and she told me that she liked ham and pineapple pizza. It sounded so good at the time, that I was determined that I would try it. So I bought a Cumberland Gap Ham Steak and a can of pineapple tidbits. I made my regular pizza dough. This recipe makes three pizza crusts.
Mix 2 1/2 cups of warm water in a mixing bowl; add 1 tablespoon of yeast; 1/3 cup of cooking oil; 1/3 cup of sugar and 2 heaping teaspoons of salt. Mix well and let set for 5 minutes. Then mix in 7 cups of flour, (One cup at a time)
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. While the dough is rising cut up your toppings.
I cut the ham in small pieces as seen below.
I drained the pineapple tidbits.
After the dough has raised, I divide it into 3 pieces. Sprayed each pan lightly with cooking spray, then spread the dough in each pan.
Next I added the pizza sauce.
Sprinkled on the ham,
Then added the pineapple tidbits.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve while hot.
Yummy!
So if you want something different, why not give it a try?
Blessings to you.
