Scripture To Live By:
1 Peter 4:11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
I made this recipe while we were on vacation. It was a big hit with the grandchildren. A Pillsbury recipe inspired me.
Here is the ingredients you will need:
1 box of brownie mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup of vegetable Oil
3 Tablespoons of water
3 cups of chopped pretzels (divided)
1 1/4 cup of salted peanuts
3/4 cup of caramel flavored ice cream topping
1 cup chocolate fudge frosting
Mix the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water together.
Mix until smooth.
Add 1 1/2 cup of chopped pretzels.
Stir until the pretzels are thoroughly coated.
Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees, in preheated oven, for 30 minutes.
While the brownies are baking, chop 1 1/4 cup of peanuts.
Then add in a mixing bowl, 1 1/2 cups of chopped pretzels, 1 1/4 cups of chopped peanuts and 3/4 cups of caramel topping
Mix well.
Set aside until brownies have cooled completely.
Then spread the nut pretzel mixture over the cooled brownies.
Heat 1 cup of frosting in a pastry bag, with a number 3 tube and drizzle over the top as seen below.
Cut into squares and serve.
They are best if served the same day.
Yummy
Guaranteed they will not last long.
Blessings,
