And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.
He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee,
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
1 Corinthians 15:3,4
I used things I had on hand on this wreath, for the most part. I went to a dollar store and bought a few flowers and some colorful eggs on sticks. I had the straw heart and the ribbon. This wreath cost me approximately $4.00, with all I had on hand.
Here is what you need:
A straw heart
Ribbon
Flowers
Eggs on stick
Glue gun and glue sticks
Wire and wire cutters
Flower pins
Remove the plastic from the heart shaped straw wreath.
Wrap the heart wreath with the pink ribbon and secure in place with the floral pins.
Make a bow to go on the heart. Go here for bow making tutorial.
Cut all flowers with wire cutters, leaving a 3 to 4 inch stem.
Group flowers of like kinds together as shown below.
Start organizing flowers and eggs down one side of the wreath as shown.
Hang on a wall in your home or on you door.
I made this banner to go on the Spring Wreath so I can use it for Easter as well.
It looks fresh and springy. I am pleased with it.
Blessings,
