Scripture to Live By:
Jesus saith unto him, “I am the way, the truth and the Life, no man cometh unto the Father but by Me.”
John 14:6
But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name.
John 1:12
And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
1 John 5:11,12
Meaning in Life is found only in God. God made it that way.
Nothing will satisfy the soul like a relationship with God.
God is enough to get you through any thing you will have to face.
Recipe Post:
My husband loves peanut butter in just about everything. He enjoys this recipe of peanut butter fudge. Often he reminds me that I haven’t made it for a while. I love to please him, so when he mentions it I put it on my priority list to make it for him. Hope you will try it and see what you think.
Here is ingredients you will need:
Measure out the ingredients and set aside until needed.
In a saucepan combine the following ingredients.
3 cups of sugar
3/4 cups butter
2/3 cup of evaporated milk.
Measure out the following ingredients and have them ready to go in mixture when needed.
1 1/3 cup peanut butter
1 jar (7 ounces of marshmallow cream)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Bring the sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Then cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove lid and cook another 5 minutes without stirring
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, stir until mixed well. Add the jar of marshmallow cream and the vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Pour into a 9 x 13 in buttered dish. Cool in freezer for ten minutes Cut into squares.
I added peanuts on top of half of the fudge and left the other half plain.
Cut into squares and serve on serving dish.
To freeze, and serve later, put in a sealed container.
I found this recipe in a cook book my daughter gave me. I changed the recipe slightly.
The title of the cookbook is The Best 1001 Short, Easy, Recipes
This Peanut Butter Fudge is simple and easy to make. When we were vacationing at Hilton Head, I think we made a batch of it almost every day. It is so Tasty!
