So many people these days are struggling with life and its meaning. The Word of God has the answer.
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: Colossians 1:6
Jesus said … I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
I made this for our Ladies Missionary Meeting, so I doubled it. If you would like to only make a 9 x 13 dish cut the ingredients in half. The recipe makes a 12 1/2 x 18 1/2 in pan of it.
1/2 cup of Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
2 cups of chopped fresh broccoli
2 cups of chopped cauliflower
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups of cherry tomatoes sliced
2 cups of choppedorange, green, red or yellow pepers
1 cup of sliced Black olives
1 cup of green onions chopped up small
I first cut up all my vegetables and set them aside.
Open the two cans of crescent rolls and roll them out in your pan and pinch the edges together.
Bake at 350 degree until golden brown approximately 15 minutes.
While the crust is baking mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and the Hidden Valley Ranch dip in a mixing bowl on low until blended well. Set aside until ready to use.
Pour the mixture onto the crust after it has cooled.
Spread over the entire crust.
Next began to put each of the toppings on one at a time.
I started with the broccoli.
Cauliflower went on next.
Carrots went on next.
Green Onions
Cherry tomatoes
Orange peppers
Black Olives
Cheddar cheese
Wow! Looking delicious.
I am getting hungry for a piece, just looking at it, as I post it.
How about you?
I am into vegetables big time. I am always looking for ways to make them more tasty.
Vegetable Pizza is a real treat.
Several of the ladies ask if they could take some home for their husbands. My husband really enjoys it, as well. If you are trying to get your children to eat more vegetables maybe this is worth trying to see if they like it. I am trying to eat more fruits and vegetable for my health and I have enjoyed making this dish for my family and for others.
