Scripture To Live By:
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Ephesians 4:32
To be unforgiving is like taking a drink of poison and then sitting down and waiting for the other person to die.
Some people say forgiving others is for your own benefit, but when God forgave us of our sins, it was for our benefit. We had sinned against him. We needed His forgiveness. He released us from the penalty of our sin. He gave us freedom from our sin and wiped our record clean. When we forgive others we are canceling their debt, removing their guilt and promising that we will never bring it up to him or hold it against him. Forgiveness is for the one needing to be forgiven.
Forgiveness involves a three fold promise.
1. I will not bring this matter up to myself and mull it over in my mind.
2. I will not bring this matter up to you and hold it against you.
3. I will not bring this matter up to others.
I am so thankful for God’s forgiveness of my sin.
I do believe we benefit as well, when we forgive others, but that should not be our motive for doing so.

Healthy Fruity Chicken Salad Printable Recipe
This recipe is so good and good for you. It can be served many ways. You can make stuffed tomatoes with it served on a leaf of lettuce with cherry tomatoes.
It is great as a salad on a leaf of lettuce without the tomato.
I just added a few cherry tomatoes and almonds for decoration.
I also like to eat this salad on flat bread or Wheat Sandwich thins as a sandwich,
with sour cream and onion chips.
The ingredients are healthy and blend well together.
Here are the things you will need:
Cook chicken on the stove until tender, cool and cut into small pieces.
You will need 3 cups of cooked chopped chicken.
Put chicken in a large bowl.
1 cup of grapes cut in half. (You can quarter them if you like.)
I used a mixture of red and green seedless grapes.
Add grapes to chicken.
Drain 1 can of crushed pineapple reserving the liquid.
Add pineapple to chicken mixture.
Clean one red onion.
Chop onion into small pieces.
Add 2 Tablespoons of onion to the chicken mixture.
Chop 1 stalk of celery very small, this should be about 1/2 cup.
Add celery to your chicken mixture.
Measure out 1/2 cup of sliced almonds.
Add the almonds to the chicken mixture.
Measure out 1 cup of mayonnaise or Miracle Whip.
Blend the cup of mayonnaise or Miracle Whip with approximately 1/4 cup of reserved juice.
(more if not the consistency you would like)
Add Dash Seasoning to taste. Blend well.
Stuffed Tomato with Healthy Fruity Chicken Salad
Clean leaves of lettuce and place on a plate.
Clean tomato
Cut top of tomato of as shown in pictures.
Using a spoon, go around the inside edge of tomato loosening the flesh from the sides.
Remove the inside flesh.
Fill the tomato with the Healthy Fruity Chicken Salad.
Place the tomato in the center of the lettuce.
Accentuated with cherry tomatoes.
You can also serve the Healthy Fruity Chicken Salad on a leaf of lettuce,
accentuated with cherry tomatoes and almonds.
Another way I like to serve this chicken salad is on Sandwich thins. As shown below.
Accentuated with Sour Cream and Onion Baked chips.
Why not serve it for your family or have some ladies over for lunch? I think it will be a hit for either.
Blessings,

JoAnn,
This salad looks scrumptious! I can't wait to try this recipe. I love chicken salad but mine is rather plain compared to all the goodies you've added here. Thanks so much for sharing at Creative Thursday last week. I can't wait to see what you link up this week. Have a great day 🙂
