Scripture to Live By:
Psalm 1:1-3
Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.

My desire for the coming year is to delight myself in the Word of God and to apply it to every day life choices. My desire is to honor God in all I think, say and do.
Recipe Post:
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
2 (2.5 oz.) packages of thinly sliced corned beef, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 cup drained sauerkraut
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
I got this recipe years ago from Sparkle Markets.
Chop 2 (2.5 oz.) packages of thinly sliced corned beef
Chop 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Place in crock pot with 1 – 8 oz. package of cream cheese
Drain juice from sauerkraut add 3/4 cup to crock pot mixture.
Add 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
Mix all of the above ingredients in a small crock pot (2 1/2 quarts)
Cover and cook on low heart for 30 minutes to 1 hour. (Until cheese melts) Stir until smooth using a spatula to scrape the sides of pot so it doesn’t scorch. When the cheese if fully melted it is ready to serve.
Serve with Cocktail Rye Bread and the mixture on a tray together, as seen below.
Spread mixture on individual slice of bread to serve as an appetizer at any party.
It is delicious.
A real treat for any day of the year, Hope you will try it.
Wishing you a Blessed New Year,
