This is so quick and easy recipe to make, yet it is a delight to the eyes and yummy to the taste.
Here is what you will need:
1 pineapple cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup of oil
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cans of sliced pineapple
maraschino cherries
Sprinkle brown sugar on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Add melted butter.
Put 1 1/2 cans of sliced pineapple over the brown sugar and butter as seen below.
Put a maraschino cherry in the center of each pineapple slice.
Mix pineapple cake mix according to directions on the box. Pour over the pineapples.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown and when you touch the center of cake it bounces back. Then remove from the oven. Let it set for only a few minutes and then turn the cake out onto a serving dish. The pineapples with be on the top. it looks very appetizing and it makes a tasty topping for your cake.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Ingredients

- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 ½ cans of sliced pineapple

Instructions
