Sweet Pepper Appetizers

Recipe Post: This recipe has only two ingredients, yet they healthy and tasty.  So you are saying what are they?   Sweet Peppers and Pimento Cheese.

I really enjoy these as an appetizer, snack or an Hor D’ Oeuvre.  See what I did below.

Multi color sweet pepper and Pimento Cheese

Wash peppers.

Remove the seeds by removing the stem,  The seeds are easy to remove just by taking a knife and going around the inside of the pepper as seen below.  

As you clean the peppers, stand them up in a soup cup or any bowl that will fit the number of peppers you are planning to stuff.

I mixed the colors of peppers up to distribute the colors around.  

Next I put the Pimento Cheese spread in a pastry bag with a large star tip.

Then I squeezed the cheese into the peppers as seen below.  

You can dress the cup up a little more and use it as a center piece for a luncheon.

I used paper ribbon and tied it into a bow.  

I took these Sweet Pepper Appetizers to our ladies meeting last night and set them in the middle of our table and the ladies thought it was so pretty as well as very tasty.
